Welcome home!

Our residents enjoy spectacular views and four distinct seasons, one being more spectacular than the next. In the fall, you look at the splashes of color that abounds the mountains and think it cannot get any prettier than this; and the next thing you know, you are looking at a winter wonderland in North Carolina, where the skiing and boarding is outstanding.  As the snow disappears, the bloom of buds and splash of green foliage reminds one that spring is upon us. Soon thereafter, summer abounds with flowers, hummingbirds and butterflies to help you enjoy the low temperatures and the cool breezes.  It’s the perfect getaway from the oppressive heat of summer in the city, a place where you can enjoy hiking, biking, and golf, in the cool mountain air.
